Regolamento per l’archiviazione ed il rilascio delle autentiche delle opere
In seguito al nostro parere positivo, si richiede al proprietario che desideri l’inserimento di un’opera nell’Archivio Accardi Sanfilippo di inviare esclusivamente al recapito di Via Antonio Canova 24 | 00186 Roma il seguente materiale fotografico di qualità professionale:
- 3 stampe a colori dell’opera formato minimo 18 x 24 cm, su carta fotografica
- 1 stampa a colori del retro (che comprenda il telaio con tutte le iscrizioni, leggibili, dell’artista) formato minimo 18 x 24 cm
- I file alta risoluzione delle immagini, che possono essere inviati ONLINE, tramite servizi di posta tipo SwissTransfer; in alternativa inviando un supporto USB/CD/DVD contenente le stesse foto in formato digitale ad alta definizione (minimo 3000 px per il lato lungo riferiti all’immagine della sola opera priva di cornici e passe-partout)
- L’apposita scheda di richiesta, che va anticipata via email, compilata e firmata indicando le dimensioni, la tecnica ed il supporto, ed inoltre tutte le notizie utili riguardanti l’opera, ed in particolare provenienza, data di acquisto, esposizioni, cataloghi, pubblicazioni, ed inoltre le proprie generalità o ragione sociale, codice fiscale e/o partita iva
Per l’attività di ricerca inerente l’archiviazione è richiesto il pagamento, oneri fiscali compresi, di un corrispettivo secondo i seguenti prezzi:

Il bonifico dovrà essere effettuato dal soggetto intestatario della fattura.
Si raccomanda di anticipare per email la contabile del bonifico unitamente ai dati dell’ordinante, completi di codice univoco nel caso di società.
In caso di mancato pagamento non verrà rilasciato certificato di autentica.
Il materiale fotografico ricevuto non sarà comunque restituito.
L’Archivio si riserva la possibilità, ove a giudizio del comitato scientifico non sia possibile procedere all’archiviazione dell’opera sulla base della documentazione fotografica, di richiedere l’invio della stessa opera alla propria sede per un’analisi diretta – invio che avverrà a carico e sotto responsabilità del mittente – per il periodo massimo di un mese, affinché il comitato scientifico la possa esaminare. L’opera dovrà essere consegnata libera da cornici, vetro e listelli. Trascorso tale periodo, l’opera potrà essere ritirata dal mittente, sempre a suo carico e sotto la sua responsabilità, unitamente al certificato di autenticità o alla dichiarazione di non archiviabilità.
Dopo l’esame dell’opera da parte del comitato scientifico, ove la risposta sia positiva, in tempi ragionevolmente brevi sarà resa una foto dell’opera che recherà il timbro dell’Archivio, e la firma del Presidente dell’Archivio stesso.
La stessa procedura per il rilascio dell’autentica resta valida anche per le opere già pubblicate sui due cataloghi generali di Germano Celant per Carla Accardi, e sul catalogo generale di Giuseppe Appella e Fabrizio D’Amico per Antonio Sanfilippo.
Regolamento per il rilascio di un duplicato
Nel caso di smarrimento del documento originale, l’archivio valuterà caso per caso come procedere.

We recommend that you first send an email with photos of the front and back (even if they are not professional), specifying the dimensions.
Regulation for the archiving and release of authentications for works
Following our approval, we would ask the owners of works who wish to have them included in the Archivio Accardi Sanfilippo, to send the following, professional quality photographic material, exclusively to Via Antonio Canova 24 | 00186 Roma, Italy:
- 3 colour prints of the work measuring no less than 18 x 24 cm, on photographic paper
- 1 colour print of the rear of the work (that includes the canvas frame) measuring no less than 18 x 24 cm
- High-resolution image files, which can be submitted ONLINE, via email services suchusing SwissTransfer or other equivalent services; alternatively by sending 1 USB/CD/DVD medium containing all the above photographic images in high-definition digital format (no less than 3000 px for the length of the work excluding frame or borderpartouts)
- The relevant request form, which must be sent in advance by email, compiled in its every part and signed, indicating measurements, technique and support, as well as all available information concerning the work, particularly its specific provenance, purchase date, exhibitions it has been included in, catalogues, publications and the current owner’s personal information (name, tax/VAT number etc.)
To cover the costs of research activities relating to archiving, a fee, inclusive of tax, is payable in accordance with the following rates:

The bank transfer must be made by the same person to whom the invoice is made out.
It is recommended that the transfer account be anticipated by email along with the data of the payer, complete with the code unique in the case of companies.
If payment is not received, a certificate of authenticity will not be issued.
Please note that the photographic material received will not be returned under any circumstances.
Should the scientific committee consider it impossible to proceed with the archiving of the work on the basis of just the photographic documentation, it reserves the right to request that the work in question be sent in for a direct analysis on site. Both shipment costs and liability will be covered entirely by the sender. The work will remain with the Archivio for a maximum period of one month, to enable the scientific committee to examine it. The work must be shipped unframed, without glass or laths. Following this period of time, the work can be collected by the sender, again under his or her liability, along with the certificate of authenticity or the statement of refusal of admission into the Archivio.
Once the work has been examined by the scientific committee, if the evaluation is favourable a photograph of the work with the stamp of the Archivio and the signature of the president will be sent reasonably swiftly.
The same procedure for issuing authentication remains valid for works already published in Germano Celant’s two general catalogs for Carla Accardi, and in the general catalogue by Giuseppe Appella and Fabrizio D’Amico for Antonio Sanfilippo.
Regulation for the issue of a duplicate
In the event of loss of the original document, the archive will assess how to proceed on a case-by-case basis.
